How to activate the vitamin c cartridge: Twist shower head anti clockwise, remove the cartridge, remove the “open” sticker insert back. Use till the vitamin c cartridge runs out. Replace when the cartridge runs out which is usually around every month depending how often you shower.
Ionic Balls: We recommend replacing the ionic beads every 6 months. Take the shower head in both hands and twist the bottom half of the shower head anti-clockwise. This will separate the shower head in two halves. You can now access the filter balls in the bottom half and top half of the shower head, remove them and put in your new ones.

So pleased I have suffered for years with itchy dry skin on my arms head an face. My make up would burn when i put it on. Confirmation for me that this works was when the last few days my skin was flaring and i checked the lemon block and realised it had ran out so was time to replace it.
