Refund and returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You can either request for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually within 5-7 days.) If you have requested a exchange please allow a day or after receiving your goods for us to send you out the exchanged product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty in which case we will bear the shipping cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Warranty

Items under the 12 months warranty are covered from the date of delivery after the purchase and not the date of replacement.

The cost of shipping for the first 6 months of the warranty will be paid for by us. After 6 months the responsibility of the buyer to bear the shipping cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
